Human Resourses Account Executive

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Learn how to interpret and use the Caliper Profile and Caliper related tools in our consulting services.
  • Provide consulting services to the assigned client accounts via telephone to advise them on the results of our propietary assessment, the CALIPER profile test and other related consulting products.
  • Prepare written job-match and potencial summaries of telephone consultancy to be delivered to the client. Complete the necessary number of telephone and written reports, in order to meet the client expectations in terms of volume and quality.
  • Provide meticulous follow up to the client needs by e-mail, phone and, eventually personal meetings.
  • In the long run, detect business needs with clients and explore cross selling oportunities with them. Partner with sales team members to address customer needs and provide services that offer the fullest advantage to Caliper and our clients.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, being able to translate reports and documents from one language to the other.
  • The candidate must have 3 years minimum of professional experience in a big company, or consulting organization.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills. Should possess the ability to learn complex concepts on a continuous basis, be a team player, service and result oriented person.
  • Excellent capabilities to synthesize concepts in verbal and written reports as well as for the creation of action recommendations for our clients.
  • Should be comfortable in a sedentary position that is dedicated full time to the analysis of scores, reports creation, and contacting clients using computerized tools and telephone communications.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment and be detail oriented.
  • Ability to communicate with both internal and external customers at multiple organizational levels.
  • High level relationship management skills.
  • Process information involving confidential and sensitive material. Should be prone to follow strict rules complying with internal and external procedures.
  • A university degree in Social Sciences as Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or equivalent experience is desirable.
  • Familiarity with and comfort level working in a high computer technology environment.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Candidate must have a valid passport and VISA to travel to USA


ADITIONAL INFORMATION
  • The job title is Client Executive Consultant with potential for promotion to Account Executive in one year.
  • Caliper México is not a Headhunter or Personnel Recruiting Organization; it is a Human Resources Consulting Firm.
  • Curriculum Vitae should be submitted in English and Spanish and contain details on main achievements, experience and references.
  • Salary levels are commensurate with pass experience and range from $18,000 to $20,000 (Mxps) monthly, during training period. Increases will be based on experience, productivity and performance, plus fringe benefits above labor law; after training period of 6 months you will obtain $21,000 to $24,000 (Mxps) monthly.
  • This is a full time position.
